Common Fault 1: The moving head lamp is not powered on as a whole:

1. First check whether there is any problem with the power cord.

2. Check whether the fuse of the power socket is burnt out.

3. Turn on the base panel of the lamp, check whether the ballast is energized, and whether the internal switch connection line drops.

4. Open the two shells of the lamp body and check whether the temperature control fails at the edge near the bulb.

Common Fault 2: The moving head lamp bulb does not light up

1. Turn on the tail of the lamp body to check whether the bulb is white or black. If the above two phenomena occur, please replace the bulb first and try again.

2. Open the two shells of the lamp body. A trigger is installed on the lamp post. Check whether the trigger wiring is black. If there is, replace the trigger.

Common Fault 3: The shaking head lamp does not light up when the bulb is on

1. Check whether the bulb is white, black or swollen. Please replace the bulb in case of the above situations to avoid damage to the product.

2. Check whether the fans near both sides of the bulb are working normally. If there is any damage, please replace the fans in time.

3, please open the two shells, and there is a white temperature control in the layer of the pattern sheet and the color sheet to see if it is burnt out (if it is broken, it will not extinguish the bubble);

4, open the lamp body two shells, there is a heat dissipation window on the tail of the bulb, which will block the air passage after a long time. If the heat dissipation window is dusty, please clean it (it is best to clean the heat dissipation window once a month for the best effect).

Common Faults 4: Moving head lamp bulb blows up

. First check whether the voltage is between 220V and 230V. If it exceeds 230V, it is possible to fry bubbles (so it is recommended that voltage regulators should be installed in all places);

. If the lamp body X/Y axis does not respond, but the console and other lamps are operating normally, the belt may be broken.

. If the X axis does not move, but the Y axis moves, or the X axis moves, but the Y axis does not move, the belt may be broken;

3. If the above phenomena appear, you can move X/Y by hand with the lights turned off, and feel whether there is a belt driving the rotation. If it is loose and convenient, you can move it, which proves that the belt is broken.
